This earring/necklace set is quite nice. The set feels sturdy and I expect it to last a long time. The silver parts are shiny and the red crystals look great in the silver settings. The design is not too simple or too formal, so my wife feels they go well in both casual and formal settings. The packaging is nice and makes for a great gift.The word "love" is etched in micro-text into the center of the crystal in the necklace. It is hardly visible with the naked eye, but when viewed through the included loupe, you can see the word "love" in gold letters in a bunch of different languages. This part is gimmicky, in my opinion, since you probably wouldn't carry the loupe around with you and show the text to everyone you meet. It does add a bit of romance to the set though, I suppose.My wife has enjoyed the jewelry so far and gives it five stars.
