Terms and Conditions (Please Read)

• In the rare event that your stones 24k gold inscription loses its luster, NanoStyle will replace/repair/exchange the item free of charge. Should the original design be unavailable, you will be offered an alternative closest matching design of equivalent value.
• The ONE-year chain warranty covers the chain’s clasp and terminals and breakage, it does not cover normal wear and tear or tarnish (which can be easily cleaned with a jewelry polish cloth/cleaner). This only includes the chain that was received with the original item.
• This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship, including prong settings, metal frame defects and stone issues for up to 30 days after purchase. Please reach out to us at info@nanostyle.com to arrange a replacement.
• This warranty does not cover intentional damage, loss, theft, mistreatment or the pendant’s frame. This includes intentional damage such as scraping, breakage or chipping or tarnish of the pendant’s metal frame and or the 24k gold inscribed stone.
• Modifications/alternations/visible apparent product abuse made to the original jewelry piece or exposure to damaging chemicals will void the warranty.
• NanoStyle LTD reserves the right to determine if the warranty is valid or void due to the abuse or neglect of the item.
• The Nano Jewelry limited lifetime warranty/one year chain warranty is only applicable to items sold by and purchased from NanoStyle LTD or one of it's approved re-sellers.
