Amazing Customer Service

I find that only exceptional experiences bring me to leave reviews.
That said, this gift has not made it to it's recipient (my choice at the delay).

When I contacted customer service they offered to express deliver a new order to my holiday destination, gift wrapped, at no extra charge, only asking that I send back the delayed shipment once it reached my home. I declined this amazing offer as the shipment times had updated and it seemed the package would reach me before my departure. (It didn't, but this was on the mail carrier.)

I was truly touched by the willingness of the NanoStyle staff to do whatever it took to make the holidays perfect for me.
The quality of the item is only outshone by the staff.
