The company is not held liable for any damage incurred by the jewelry after purchase. All products are carefully inspected and delivered to the respective clients. All products are undergoing quality check before it is delivered so that we are confident that your orders are impeccable.
The client must agree that the sole liability of Nano Style concerning any product sold on this website – NanoStyle.com shall be the price of the product offered. Shipping and Refund Policy
Nano Style guarantees all products against manufacturers defects. Defective product can be returned to Nano Style for an exchange or credit at the full value of the original purchase.
Nano Style has a free shipping policy. Your sophisticated jewelry will be delievered within 2 to 3 weeks using international registered mail.
If you can’t wait for the 2 to 3 weeks delivery method, we can arrange a delivery method through EMS or UPS.

At NanoStyle we wish our customers to be delighted with their choice, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us at support@nanostyle.com within 30 days of the shipment date to arrange for an exchange or refund. The item/s, free gifts and packaging must be returned within 60 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in a new and unused condition to be acceptable for refund or exchange. All items, including free gifts, must be returned with all original packing and materials. If there are any scratches, marks, blemishes, alterations or any other damages on the items, the items will not be accepted for refund and we will return it to you at your expense. Once the refund or exchange is approved, within the guidelines of our policy, we will arrange your reimbursement or replacement at no extra cost to you.
If you are returning merchandise as a result of an error on the part of NanoStyle or the item/s is defective, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If the merchandise is not found to be defective, you will not be reimbursed and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact as at support@nanostyle.com as soon as possible with your order number and contact details. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, however if the order has already been dispatched simply return the item within 60 days according to our return policy.
